Why not "pole pole" here?

A log house cafe that the former owner of the house spent 10 years to build. They named their shop “pole pole” after Swahili word, meaning “slow” or “relaxed” so that customers can enjoy relaxing moment. Servings are basically made of organic materials: scones, dried fruits and spice curry, the shop’s specialty dish. Any age groups are welcomed!
