A cafe with homemade sourdough bread sandwiches

Surrounded by lush greenery, cafe nokka makes their own sourdough bread using natural yeast, organic raisins, and Tokachi-dake spring water. They serve the bread as tartines and other kinds of sandwiches on a lunch plate. They also have a popular spicy chicken curry, and drip coffee made with specialty coffee beans. The cafe has a relaxing wooden interior, a hint of Finnish style, with a wood-burning stove and tables made from converted horse sleds.
