A farm that produces an original brand of rice
This JGAP (Japan Good Agricultural Practice)-certified farm practices environmentally-friendly farming techniques, and produces safe and reliable rice and vegetables. They have even developed their own brand of rice called “Ekubo” which is cultivated using organic fertilizer, and they do their rice polishing in-house. In the summer, they also sell a morning-harvested sweet corn called “Shiawase Yellow Corn”.
