Nakafurano Lavender Festival & Fireworks

Date: July 13, 2019

For the first summer festival around the region, our 39th festival dedicates to our town symbolic flower: lavender. Stage shows: Hero characters show, music band performance and all kinds of concession stands. The night firework show in the close range view is the one-of-the-kind fireworks and will definitely excite you!

※Only fireworks will be postponed to the next day, July 14th, if being cancelled due to the bad weather.

5/6 Spring Tea Ceremony

Collaboration of Tea and Cherry Blossom at Shrine

Would you like to try cherry blossom and green tea at the same time? Nakafurano Shrine will host a tea ceremony organized by the local “Omotesenke” tea school instructor. Please read the flyer for details.
