Community Cafe, Bakery and Bar Altogether

This bread shop/cafe offers various kinds of bread made with homemade yeast and local wheat flour. They culture the yeast using raisins, berries, and other fruits picked from their own garden. For the flour, they use Haruyutaka wheat flour from Kamifurano and rye flour from Biei. The dough is leavened for a long time, giving fluffy, delicious bread. The shop is located in a hand-built house with a wooden interior that has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
